Give each place your campaign runs — an Instagram post, a newsletter, a poster — its own link and QR code, all made from the same Onelink. Your statistics then show how many visitors each one brought. UTM statistics are included on the Team plan and above.
- Step 1
Plan your tags
Decide what you want to compare. Each link carries labels, called UTM tags, that say where it runs:utm_sourcefor where it runs (instagram, newsletter, poster),utm_mediumfor the kind of channel (social, email, qr), andutm_campaignfor the campaign (autumn). Keep the values short and consistent — "Instagram" and "instagram" count separately. - Step 2
Build a tagged link
Open the Onelink and choose Create UTM campaign. Fill in the values; the tool shows the tagged link, and its QR code replaces the plain one at the top, ready to copy or download.Copy the link or download the code before you move on: the tool makes them there and then and keeps no list of your campaigns. Note your tags where you plan the campaign. The tool is only a convenience: tags you add to the link yourself, or that an ad platform adds, are counted the same way.Make one link for each placement and use it only there. To generate QR codes for many placements at once, use the Bulk generator in the same tool. - Step 3
Compare the placements
Under Usage Statistics, open UTM Tracking and switch between Source, Medium and Campaign. Click a value to filter by it — for example, the campaign "autumn", then compare sources within it.
