This guide shows you how to set up your first Onelink: a short link and QR code that send iPhone users to the App Store, Android users to Google Play, and everyone else to your website.
- Step 1
Create a Onelink
After signing in, go to the My Onelinks page and choose Create new Onelink, above the list on the left. The new Onelink gets a short link and a QR code straight away; open Onelink Config below them to set it up. - Step 2
Add your store links
Paste your app’s App Store link into the iPhone field and its Google Play link into the Android field. Fill in only the stores your app is in.To find a link, open your app’s page in the store and use Share → Copy Link, or copy the address of its web page:https://apps.apple.com/app/…andhttps://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=…. - Step 3
Choose where everyone else goes
The fallback link catches every visitor without a store link of their own: computers, and phones your app is not available for. Point it to your website, or to a page about the app.On the Professional plan and above you can send Windows and Mac visitors somewhere of their own — see Windows and Mac links. - Step 4
Name it, and choose its link
Give the Onelink a name so you recognise it in your list; only you see it. On a paid plan you can also give it a custom link, such asonelink.to/my-app, under Customize your Onelink.to URL. Then choose Save. - Step 6
Test it
Scan the QR code with an iPhone and an Android phone, and open the link on a computer. Each should land in the right place. After a change, wait 5 minutes before testing again.
