Usually within an hour of adding the DNS record. Onelink.to checks the record when you choose
Setup Domain and then about every hour; once it is found, the TLS certificate is issued within minutes, and you get an email when the domain is ready.
If the record is still wrong after about seven hours, you get an email instead: fix the record, then choose
Setup Domain again. See
