A Dynamic QR code is essentially the same as a regular QR code. The difference is that instead of having the QR code contain the target content, like a web link, it contains a short link that leads you to the target content. The main benefit is that this makes the QR code action changable, i.e. dynamic. Another benefit is that you can find out how many persons scan your QR code.
